1/10/26 – The New York Philharmonic will perform Adolphe’s Underneath the Sheen for their debut performance at Radio City Music Hall, the first concert to utilize the venue’s groundbreaking new sound system – Sphere Immersive Sound. Underneath the Sheen has been called “wonderful, melodically entrancing” (LA Weekly), “stunning, atmospheric (Strings Magazine), and “simple and majestic” (Alta Magazine.) 

1/1/26 – Adolphe begins work on a large scale choral work, to be announced, in collaboration with poet Safiya Sinclair. Sinclair’s 2023 memoir, How to Say Babylon, was named best book of the year by The New Yorker, NPR, The Guardian, the Los Angeles Times, Vulture, Harper’s Bazaar, and Barnes & Noble, among others.
